  Bianca did my refinance a little less than a year ago. She was incredibly professional and everything was done in a quick, efficient manner. Whenever I had a question, she and her team were right there to help. Her team even managed to save me $800 a year in flood insurance! She has told me that even though my loan was sold to a different bank, she is always my lender and I really appreciated that.
