  Unethical business practices of placing 7 day holds on large deposits from well known valley organizations. My business has been with M&I/BMO for 20 years. We have never over drafted and this is how we were treated. Shame on BMO and specifically this Branch!

  Banks suck period. Go to a local credit union. They have fewer fees and much better loan rates. They also have better customer service than a bank. They are a non-profit entity and the board members are volunteers. They aren't there to tip you off like a bank that is too big to fail.

  I had just taken my son to the dentist, my husband dropped us off and went to have the oil changed in our car. When the dentist appointment was over we waited and waited for my husband. My cellphone had just died, we walked to the bank to see if we could use their phone and they refused. They had completely empty offices and I was stranded with a small child and they wouldn't even allow us a local phone call. They treated us as if we were homeless.

  I normally bank in the southeast part of the valley. I purchased a vehicle from a seller that lived near this branch. I needed help with a cashier's check and title notary. I received WONDERFUL service and the bankers were all very helpful. Thank you, KW

  I've found that this branch is very unhelpful in tight situations, not once have they ever done something for me as a courtesy. If you want to go to a branch with helpful employees and a very friendly atmosphere I suggest the one on 27th ave and bell, They're always willing to keep there customers happy. This Branch SUCKS!!!

  I love this bank. Service was quick, the people were real and it's a pretty nice place. I'd sleep there if i could, and i dont say that about any bank.

  Today I will be closing my account this bank has shut my card down 20 plus times for no reason !!
