  I am very disappointed in the customer service that they offer at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and spoke to Matt the branch manager about cashing a $80 check because I am a non BMO customer. He verified for me to come into the lobby and they would be able to cash the check with no fees- I very specifically asked if there was a fee. Once I get to the bank they were rude about letting me in the lobby, and then the assistant manager refused to honor cashing the check free of charge, since Matt was at lunch. It's definitely not the way to earn business from potential clients :(

  I’ve been banking here for years. But I recently contacted James Clegg regarding some loan information and I just want to say he was phenomenal! Very help, very knowledgeable, responded to questions very thoroughly and in a reasonable time. Truly appreciated all his help. Highly recommended!

  I had a really bad experience at the st. Charles branch. The people in the front desk weren’t that helpful . I felt discriminated. If I could I would put 0 stars.They committed an error in my account, and they were giving me a hard time, and they didn’t help me at all . I had to go to a different branch. I went to the south elgin branch , they were very helpful and nice and helped me solve my problem .

  Tellers are nice and friendly but the drive-up ATM does not accept cash deposits. Ever. Always says there's an error and spits the bills back out. Even in the case of trying to deposit three $20 notes fresh in circulation.

  Teller at this location couldn't be bothered to help me with my transaction and was extremely rude, went down the road to a different BMO and had an amazing experience. Definitely do not recommend this branch, they could care less about customers.

  The hours listed on here are not correct! Saturday they are open until 1pm and not open sunday and they are only open to 5 or 5:30 on weekdays.
