  Can’t wait to revisit !! Instead of retrieving my money due to a bounced check with another name from another bank, today I get to ask for the money I deposited to actually be added to my account !! Always a joy !!

  I’m appalled at how I was treated by the young gentleman who I tried to open up a checking account with. He used derogative language When I was perfectly polite, I have no idea why I was treated that way.

  Brand loyalty. Used to work here, they have your money...... its a bank what more do you need???

  Banker failed to return call as she promised, Called here back a few times never returned my calls. I even visited the bank to discuss with here. She never acknowledged me made me wait, then she informed me that she can not see and discuss the loan with me. Bad way to do business.

  Love this bank, their remodel looks amazing and their service is great. I have been coming here for years. If you want great service go to EJ she’s the best!!!

  You‘ve got to be kidding... I don’t do business here and after sitting in the drive thru with a friend for 1/2 hour, I would NEVER. What bank does business this way. I’ll stick with Old Second.
