  I'm a REALTOR at eXp Realty. Steve and I just closed today 2/9/22 on this spectacular transaction. We got it under contract on 1/09/22 and Steve and his team got the loan cleared to close a week prior the closing! Such a seamless process! Keep it up Steve! More business to come!

  Steve is awesome! We originally went through another lender and they declined us right before closing. We had lost hope, our realtor introduced us to Steve and he immediately got to work on our loan. He was able to push out the closing and get us approved! He saved the day and got us our dream home!   When I first spoke to Steve Phras, he was phenomenal and professional. I was shocked how fast my home loan and only took 30 days for me to become first homeowner.   Steve Phras and Diana are great! We wanted to refinance our home but 2020 had not been pleasant. Steve was able to get us a great rate and the entire process was effortless.   I've been working with Steve and Amres to get my clients pre-approval. All of my clients are very happy with his performance. I even have clients who were decline by other lenders but Steve got into action Ang closed the deal. I always told my clients to shop around to get the best deal but at the end they will comeback to Steve because he will give you the best rates in town plus he can close on time and maybe earlier that's the primary reason I always recommend him.
