  I really only go to the bank to use the ATM. It’s been so long since I had to use any banking services, so I can’t say if the service is good or bad.

  Bank Manager would not cash customers check. She told me that she called the # on the account and left a message. I checked the account information, it was correct. I was not called and no message left. She would not verify my signature on the account or any information. Bank was to far to drive. Customer had to leave the bank without payment. I lost business/money. I would not recommend BOA and especially this location.

  Every time I come into this location they only have one person working and there is a line out the door. You need to do better customer service!! I waited in one line for 20 minutes and then they told me to go to another line for five more minutes and when I finally got help they said they didnt have availability for temp replacement cards today. Would I want to schedule an appointment and come back another day? Dont you value your customers time? I already know how to order a card through your online app. It takes a week to get a new card. I would avoid this location.

  I read the other reviews and expected the worst. I believe that's what they experienced but that wasn't mine today. Had to go in to pay off my mortgage. Haley helped me and was professional and very helpful. There were only a couple of people in line and it went fast. I have no complaints.

  Blonde hair woman doesn’t want to work today. Seems like she woke up on the wrong side ✌🏻😬. I am Preferred Client, and didn’t get recognized on a slow day. Not one person waiting and she just didn’t want to take me in. Says they have an appointment coming in. From where I come from, if there is a customer there and no one to service, take them in! It’s money 💰. I’ll take my banking to another branch. The one on broadway is awesome. I love Jay and Erick!

  They are one of the only financial institutions that is never opened when it needs to be they need to just shut it down. So frustrating you have to travel around the Metroplex to get any Banking done with Bank of America!!!!!

  I was wrongfully profiled and discriminated against by the bank manager. I went in to cash a check from a customer only to have them ask me to wait while they "verify the check" the manager then comes out and tells me that she will not cash my check because they can't verify it. I had multiple forms of ID that matched the check. I asked what it was that couldn't be "verified" on the check? She said she couldn't tell me why she can't "verify it". She said I would have to go get another check in order to cash it, then she would have to "try to verify" that check too before she could cash it. Basically I didn't meet the description of somebody who is able to cash a check at bank of america and she was protecting their customers from me. She also told me "why don't you go cash the check at your own bank?" I had to get my customer to come over to the bank to personally withdraw the amount for the check, I couldn't believe the way I was getting treated. I don't fit the look of somebody able to cash a check at this bank. I will NEVER do business with a bank of america ever again. I have never used the race card but I felt the discrimination towards me from the bank manager yesterday.

  Every time I use this branch I have to wait in a long line. I find it frustrating that this BOA branch has only 1 teller at the front while they could easily justify a 2nd. If this was my home branch I would change banks vs waiting in line every time I need to make a transaction.

  Called several times in a 30 min period never got an answer, tried a branch in Garland same thing. Called Chase they answered right away and so did Wells Fargo. Service is always slow in the bank also. I'm about ready to change banks!
