  BlueOx is an awesome credit union with amazingly low rates! As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted with positive energy from ALL of the ladies that work there. This credit union has exceptional member service and prides themselves in making sure that they put the member first and take care of the member. So, if you are looking for great deals on interest rates, different accounts or even credit building then I would check them out!

  I had a new car financed with this company and the rate they gave me was absolutely incredible. It didn’t even there. The customer service is way better than just about any bank I have dealt with and I deal with many. They have many affiliates which makes it easy to do business with them. Great company great service I work with them again in a heartbeat. My customer rep was Kate btw!

  Best credit union in Metro Detroit! I love the staff there and the feeling of belonging to a family, more so than a financial institution. They have been there to support me with my changing financial needs through the years.

  Well I just bought a beautiful car that I’ve been drooling over the last week. Thanks to Corinne Raum she helped me out tremendously. It was a long three day battle getting everything situated with the seller of the vehicle but it was well worth it. Corinne not only helped me get a loan and buy a car she also thought me a lot about loans. Unfortunately I was never taught any of this and she was patient and kind and taught me a lot. So the next time I end up having to get a loan I’ll know what I’m doing because of her and that means a lot. Also thank you to Penny at the Blueox credit Union in portage Michigan. unfortunately I don’t know her last name but she know i’m talking about her. I just wanted to give her a big thanks for helping us out at the end not just for my part but also the sellers so that she got her money the way she wanted. All around it was a awesome experience and I would happily do business with you guys again.

  Phenomenal customer service. Joyce helped me today and went above and beyond with a beautiful, kind smile on her face. I've recently moved to metro Detroit from Muskegon and haven't changed banks. BlueOx is a shared branch with my bank, since having fraud on my debit card and waiting for the new one to arrive, I had to use a shared branch for banking. I'm beyond happy with BlueOx. When I do switch, this is were I'll be banking. The ladies working here made my day. Truly top notch.
