      I am very impressed with Andrea, Jeremy and the Bluegrass credit staff. They have gone above and beyond to help raise my credit score and it’s working!!! I’m now able to start looking to buy a house of my own!!! I could not have been able to do any of this without their knowledge and help!! they have been honest and professional with me the whole time.. I knew it was not a quick, easy fix but it’s worth it!! I was stuck at a score with no way to raise it on my own being self-employed was a big part of it. But their guidance and knowledge of the credit/home buying business has been a big asset... I will be the first to say it’s a process but don’t give up on bluegrass credit or yourself, it will happen.. credit is not destroyed overnight and not repaired overnight!!! Trust the process!!

      I do not recommend Andrea or this company. She talk a good game to convince you to sign up and then nothing. I was suspended as a customer because I voiced that I was unsatisfied with the process and my results. In 3 months, I was out $700 and had only one item removed from my credit report (which was a collection that I paid off in full)...and my credit score actually dropped. You do the math and decide if it’s worth it lol. Side Note... I had also seen in the other reviews that Andrea would continue to charge you after discontinuing services. To protect myself, I turned off my debit card that she had on file. Sure enough, I got an alert today that she was trying to bill my card!

      Hi Matt, we assume that you made this post for your wife Jessica. We also gave you the opportunity to fix your statement but you chose not to so we will tell the actual truth. Jessica You signed up on 2/25/21 You signed up for two separate services. 1 credit restoration 2 student loan Services. You were unable to pay when you signed up so we extended payment date until March 3rd for you. You paid $199 for your credit analysis and Were on the $99 fee for your monthly credit restoration service. You did not pay $700 for credit repair services. You were fired as a client because you did not listen and you did not follow your plan of action and you canceled your credit monitoring service. Yes, you did pay for a collection that you owed and for payment you received a deletion. We are unable to see your credit report because you chose not to follow through with your credit monitoring program. We have no way of knowing if your credit score went up or down. Again, you were not following through with your part of the program. Credit restoration is building and repairing credit and paying a Collection that is 100% yours is sometimes part of the plan. Now to the student loans, I noticed you didn’t mention this in your review. However this was your biggest complaint. You came into the program with nearly $200,000 in student loan debt that has been In default since 2016. You are unable to consolidate again until you make 3 payments. You have not made payments in years. We enrolled you in the income driven repayment plan which I understand you think you were enrolled. However, you have to reapply annually for this program and you’ve had no communication with your student loan provider in over four years. You were given a plan to rehab your student loans so that you can come out of collections and be current but you choose not to pay the amount your provider is asking for. We cannot make student loans disappear and you Are responsible to pay them. No matter how hard we try that $200,000 Is still your responsibility and that is no fault of Bluegrass Credit. We understand you have had issues with billing and asking for extended dates in the past. We fired you as a client on 5/25/21. If you read your contract you will see that we bill in arrears that means we bill at the end of the work cycle. We did not bill for anything that we had not already completed. Now that you have made your case public we would be more than happy to share a copy of the agreement and and all work completed Along with billing dates. Here at Bluegrass Credit we are very transparent and we have nothing to hide. Also by sharing that information it will give other potential clients the chance to see how the program works. 1. As you can see we completed our part of your student loan services you just chose not to pay your provider. You cannot rehab your loans until you start making on-time payments. You are Enrolled in an income driven repayment plan. 2. We know you had one deletion In the first 60 days. 90 days is simply not enough time to repair many years of bad credit. Credit scores that are in the low 500 take time to fix.

      I used bluegrass credit services almost 2 years ago and all I can say is WOW!!! This company is amazing and very knowledgeable in what they do ! I was able to buy a house in just 4 months of working with Andrea.
