KC Li (Nickname)1The hours of this bank are the most inconvenient. You can't get to the bank before work, you can't get to the bank after work, you can get to the bank on lunch break because they are closed. Does anyone actually work here?

CKYBLUEGrass Mgmt Group5I have both a business and a personal bank account. This is a big bank with a hometown feel. The tellers are professionals and Trish and Kelly with go out of there way to help you with your banking needs. This is unlike any other big bank I know of and this includes other US Bank branches. A very unique group of professionals which should be duplicated in other branches and learn true customer service.

U.S. Bank offers a variety of services to meet everyone's needs including checking, savings, CDs, and credit cards just to name a few. They also do a very good job of handling any questions and concerns that customers have.

Jaclyn Collins1This bank doesn’t even deserve one star. They improperly stock their ATM machines putting ones and fives in with their 20 dollar bills, and will not make it right. They will not go back on the camera and look even if you bank there. If you withdraw money from any card other than a U.s. bank debit or credit card they will not look into it. This bank is employed by a bunch of dishonest thieves. If you’re thinking of banking with U.S. bank, RUN and find another bank. It has been a pain in the rear and more problems than they are worth. After I withdraw all of my money, I will never fool with U.S. bank ever again.
