  Such a great experience. Katrina made things go so smoothly. We closed in exactly 3 weeks. She goes the extra mile. There were multiple nights that she was e-mailing documents to sign at midnight. She kept us in the loop from start to finish. Explained things thoroughly. I will recommend her to everyone. She is also super sweet! I also loved that we could do everything in her office. I have bought and sold a home and had to drive to Frankfort each time. Don't hesitate to do business here!

  My loan experience was great. Previously tried through a different company and I can't say enough about RSM. Katrina close my loan in about 3 weeks, as where the other company didn't get any thing accomplished in 2 months. If you need a loan, ask for Katrina and she will take care of you. Honest and very professional with the handling of my loan.

  Will never use another Mortgage lender again until this Fantastic team decides to retire. The entire process is completely transparent and just easy. When working with this team in Danville, KY you can enjoy the process of home buying and leave the worrying to them.Truly a FANTASTIC experience.   Once I found a house. They knocked out the loan process is like 21 days. May have been sooner then that by a day or two. Both of these ladies rock at there jobs and made the whole housing buy process 10x easier. I recommend them to everyone!!
