  Wonderful service. The employees are very personable and are great at maintaining contact and giving updates during loan requests as well as giving advice on how to improve credit scores. The only thing negative I can say about the bank itself is that it charges for payments given by cards. The employees obviously cant help this but everything else is outstanding and even after several years of doing business with them I really have nothing negative to say. All of my previous banking companies cant say the same.

  Blue Eagle Credit Union is a great place to work with. They have always been there for us when we needed something and they were able to refinance our car loans and save us money, time and inconvenience. They are a great Credit Union to work with.

  I have been banking with what used to be Roanoke Postal Employee Federal Credit Union since I was 14 years old. Back then the bank was like family...then they switched to Blue Eagle Credit Union and it hasn't been the same. Most recently I decided to finance a new car with them upon approval they mailed out a $23k check via regular mail (who mails out a check for that amount regular mail)?!?!? The next day I went to the dealership and they offered me a better deal if I financed through them. Now 10 days later the check still has not come in the mail. I called Blue Eagle to try to put a stop payment on the check and they have refused stating that I would be responsible for any interest that accrues. When I asked them why they didn't send the check certified they indicated they would refuse to pay for such an expense. I told her that it should be an option to offer customers for instances such as this. Now due to their incompetence and/or greediness I am responsible for any interest that accrues?!? After 23 years with this bank I am sorry to say I am done! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  Brandon went above and beyond to help us with the loan we needed to buy a new car. He was quick with responses and very patient with me through the whole process of finding a car. Nice young man and has always been helpful when i come into the main branch. Happy to be a Blue Eagle CU member!

  Brandon helped my daughter establish her first credit/ loan. I co-signed after he assisted her he made suggestion of consolidating my debt he helped me save a lot of money. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Best banking experience that I have in many years. Thanks

  Great staff and great rates! We've actually switched over many loans from other credit unions because of this. My wife and I have worked specifically with JD many times and he makes it very easy and has saved us a lot of money! Would recommend to anyone!

  Blue Eagle is the ONLY way to bank! My husband and I started off seeking a back to school to assist us with college expenses for our son. After speaking with JD Taylor, he decided to further educate us on what we could do to improve our credit scores and in doing so we purchased our first car through Blue Eagle, which led to the recent purchase of our 2nd vehicle 2018 Nissan Rogue. But JD Taylor and the Blue Eagle team didn't stop there, Evan Desseyn along with JD assisted my daughter and son in purchasing their first vehicles and now are teaching them both the best way to lock in a great credit score and all that a GREAT CREDIT UNION such as BLUE EAGLE has to offer! I can not express enough how THANKFUL AND BLESSED my family are to have the resources that comes with Blue Eagle. If you want to get the BEST SERVICE and the MOST out of banking then BLUE EAGLE again IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!
