  I was moving to VA from another state and Jonathan took the time from day 1 to help me, answering all my questions and educating me on the local market. He was a true professional throughout the process, but more than that, he was helpful and friendly and I felt like he actually cared and was genuinely excited for me the day of closing. He's the best - I simply can't recommend him highly enough!

  Jonathan and Dixie were AMAZING to work with for our home buying experience. In this market we would ask them for numbers multiple times a day and they never failed to respond in a timely manner.   Excellent team. Jonathan Sweat is one of the best at what he does! Dixie is a good friend that I’m glad recommended us to work with them. We bought our first home and got out loan with no problem. They were very honest kind and straight forward with what we needed to get the loan process going.

  Outstanding Team. This is the 2nd time Jonathan Sweat is helping our family and we're so satisfied in how he and his Team handle people's need in an awesome timely manner. These Guys are the best and I highly recommend them for any home financing or re-financing process. I contacted Jonathan just a few weeks ago about some advising about re-financing and I happily signed off the documents last week having 20% of my monthly payment reduced.

  Jonathan Sweat and his entire team are ROCKSTARS! They got everything they needed in an extremely timely manner and submitted it to the USDA (which had an 8 day turn around at the time) and still completed my loan in LESS than 45 days! Extremely happy with this team and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They do amazing and unbelievable work. If you’re looking for a loan team that manages their time very efficiently and meets deadlines, then definitely use the Legacy Team! Great job guys and thank you SO MUCH!

  I had a very good experience with Jonathan and his associates. I was kept up to date on all aspects as the process of the refinance progressed.   WOW!!!! What an unbelievable experience I have had with this amazing team. I am a 67 year old fist time home buyer and I was terrified when things started to unfold.
