  The day they stop bugging is the day I will pay. I fell into a lot of debt after a car accident and have been slowly but surely paying them off, but this place won’t get a dime from me. They should stop sending me a letter every day and use the money towards my balance instead of postal stamps.

  Called from 530 to 830pm est since website and paperwork states open until 9pm and no one answered. Completely horrible customer service especially for someone who is paying biweekly and looking to pay off remaining balance in full. Phone picked up and then immediately went on hold again.

  Terrible company. The person on the phone was just as bad . I've been paying every week on a dept. I thought was played off but apparently my balance went up. That's went the original amount. I can't find the original paperwork. The website is completely useless. I guess the got me .This place is such a scam.

  A Rita called me and aggressively asked if I was Mr. X. I was taken back by her aggressiveness and hesitated in my answer. (I am most definitely not Mr. X.) She started taunting me and so I asked who she was with. "If you are Mr. X I will definitely tell you who I am with" she replied. I merely replied witha hesitant "OK" which she stupidly took to be acknowledgement that I am Mr. X. Whereupon she launched into her aggressive, taunting attempt to collect a debt. I wasn't cooperating so she got someone else on, playing good cop/bad cop I guess. Trashy outfit. Had she been professional and respectful, the conversation would have taken a few moments to establish I am not Mr. X. What a nasty piece of work she was.

  I haven't had the bad experiences like the other people here (yet) but this company is definitely fishy. If you need to call about your balance you have to call between noon and 9pm just as a heads up.

  I'm starting to think this company is fraudulently scamming people of money. I cant get ahold of them and I have no clue how much of my debt I have paid I am going to stop paying them till I figure out if this is even real. The debt they say I owe isnt even in collections in not sure what is going on with this place.

  Found they charged me twice on multiple occasions without my consent, the debt is good, but the practice is not. After paying over $100 to them I found they are still showing the entire amount is still owed, bunch of bull. I have since cancelled that bank account and they will never get another penny from me.

  Made an unauthorized transaction on my bank account. never even heard of these guys no idea what its for. Called them but the auto answering service couldn't hear me talking or pressing numbers. so it hung up on me several times. Currently pursing fraudulent charges. Dont trust these guys and don't give them ANY information.

  I've tried to call 6-8 times over the past few days to talk to someone about my account. It all goes to voicemail. They even transferred me to a supervisor and it went to voicemail......They say they will call me back and they don't...

  Rhonda has been really helpful. They set up an easy payment plan for us and we were able to put extra $ toward the debt we owed. This was one creditor that really worked with our slim budget and we didn't feel harassed. Thanks.
