  We worked with Wade about two years ago. I thought I had already left a review. Our home builders offered something like $3000 credit if we used their preferred leander. We compared their leander rates and options with the rates and options Wade offered. Even when considering the $3000 builder credit Wade had better options for us. Plus he was down to earth, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy (he'll tell you if his isn't the best offer). I recommend Wade to friends and they also had a great experience.

  Wade was recommended to us by a friend who had recently bought a home. She raved about how good he was. NOW let me talk about this guy called WADE. I have gone to over ten lenders in Utah who all claim to be the best lender in Utah. Believe me none of them are as good as this guy called WADE. He is not my friend but after dealing with him he is now my best friend. Ok here’s why Wade is the best. One, he is very efficient in getting all his home buyers a good loan. Two, he is very good at communicating and ensuring you understand what’s going on. Three, he is very honest and trustworthy. Four, he is not a greedy guy. Five, he is very knowledgeable and Six, he is fast and effective. If you call Wade for home loan you my friend are blessed. Forget trying to see if you got the best loan just know you are in good hands. I am the master of finding the best deal and ensuring no cheating or stealing is going on. I officially certify Wade as the most honest person in Utah. If you don’t believe me research or call Wade. Remember is very hard to find honest people now a days. Wade is the honest and effective one. You won’t regret it.
