  I removed another star. This is honestly one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I continue to call to find out where the title to my car is. I paid it off on June 2, here it is June 27 and I have not seen the title. I have called the Sandy branch three different times, each time no one has any answers and Hass to call a “ title specialists”. Then I never receive a call back. Beware!!

  I called after I'd gone to a credit union that AMUCU has a sharing agreement with and discovered that they are only doing transactions with their own members. This caused a real inconvenience for me and one I hoped other members could avoid. Since I saw no notice on the website, cautioning members to call and check before going, I was requesting that there be a notice to that effect on the AMUCU website. I have seen no results since then and I didn't have the sense that the person I talked to was very receptive.

  They are great to work with. I love that I could go into the branch right now and within 2 minutes I was able to pull funds from my Heloc very easily.

  In this dangerous time with social distancing, I had an excellent experience when I banked this past week, using the Drive Thru. I had three separate transactions and as usual, the teller was quick and understood perfectly how to meet my needs

  AUFC is the best Credit Union I have ever worked with. I recently bought a new truck and was in and out with a loan in less than an hour.
