  We worked with Deborah for our mortgage and she has been a great professional to work with. She helped us get the best rate/deal and always was prompt in issuing mortgage qualification letter(s) since we searched for almost a year and prices kept going up all the time. She responds to calls and messages promptly and hence make you feel that she is always with you in the whole process until closing. We would highly recommend Deb to anyone. Thank you Deb.

  Tom is the broker everyone looking for a mortgage should work with. Always I got prompt responses, in weekends or late in the evening, Tom gave me the information I need - This is critical, especially when the houses don’t stay on the market more than couple days and you need to decide fast. I was scared about this at the beginning, but start working with Tom everything become easy and I was confident in the decisions I made. I recommend Tom to everyone.Thank you Tom for your hard work!

  Tom is an excellent mortgage broker. I am thankful I chose him to assist with my refinance. Both Jo Ann and Tom were always available to explain and answer any question.   Mortgage Network, especially Tom Logan and his team, provide a really great service for homebuyers. Their availability for communication through email, text, phone, etc., Whether during the day or night, is very convenient. Most of the paperwork for buying a house is done online either on a computer or phone, which means most papers will only take you seconds to complete. Tom and his team are very reliable and knowledgeable, and really strive to get you the best deal possible. Plus they stay with you after your purchase, monitoring rates and such, making sure you continue to receive the best support for the length of your home ownership.

  I would 10/10 recommend to family/ friends! I was a first time home buyer and Tom was there through the entire process! He eased my anxiety and was able to answer any of my questions promptly! He definitely goes above and beyond to make the process go smoothly! When the time comes again he will be one of my first phone calls!

  Deborah Lynn Bodnar was AWESOME. I frequently have heard horror stories about the home buying process, BUT Deb made everything so easy for us. Zero stress. We went into this process as first time home buyers and didn't really know what to expect. Deb walked us through everything and answered any and all questions we had extremely fast - not once did we feel nervous or confused. She asked for the necessary paperwork and did the rest. She honestly made us feel like VIPs. Everything was done quickly and accurately which ultimately led us to the home of our dreams. I cannot say enough good things about Deb, and I will be recommending her to anyone I know that is looking to buy a house.
