  BJs Jewelry and Loan is AMAZING! The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and always make my shopping experiences luxurious and affordable. Their pristine jewelry and designer handbags are top of the line and absolutely exquisite. I love my Rolex watch and Louis Vuitton handbag purchase. BJs is the best of the best!   I love this place and while I can't speak for the whole staff I have dealt with Mrs. Julie and she has always been very pleasant to talk with knowledgeable and I didn't feel at all like I was being treated as though I were being looked down on by them. We all fall on hard times and I think that is understood. I have bought from them, had work done on jewelry and took out loans. Each experience has been pleasant and I will use them again when needed.

  I have been a customer at BJ’s for over 20 years and have had good experiences in the past. This was a place that once had a flexible layaway policy that allowed me to purchase some increadible items at great prices. However, there has been a change in management/ownership, and this is not the place it once was. The long term staff is no longer there. The new staff is rude, disrespectful and has little regard for customer service. Customer loyalty and maintaining long term relationships means nothing to these people.

  Very impressed with the cleanliness, inventory, and personality of the staff at this shop. The entire experience was seamless, I was in and out in 10 minutes and will definitely return. I have never sold to a pawn shop before and wasn't sure what to expect- the woman who helped me offered exactly the price I was going to ask for, which I considered a fair deal.

  I love BJs Mandeville!!! They have the most sweet people working there!! Especially Adaline, Jenny and Dedra!! Very helpful knowledgeable and extremely respectful individuals!! I would go no other place than BJs Mandeville!!! I give them more than 5 stars!!! They rock there!!!

  I haven't shopped here but I do pay my bills here. Their clerks are always very friendly and I've always been greeted with a smile. Definitely appreciate the service, and the lady who's always there to take my payments is just the sweetest! SHOP LOCAL! Support BJ's!
