  I would like to start off by saying that I would highly recommend Mr Dennis Vicars. I started my home buying process with a different lender unfortunately. About the time that I realized I wouldn't be making my second closing date my realtor referred me to Mr Dennis. From the moment I first spoke to him on the phone I knew I had found a professional. He had me at closing in three weeks! This gentleman knows what he is doing and I would definitely work with him again! Thanks Mr Dennis!

  Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the mortgage business. Mr. Dennis, will go all out to help his client. After informing me that all I need to bring to Closing was $500.70 total out of pocket cost. He just broke my heart with that news. (We had a certified check of $4,000 for closing) But the wife spent that savings on front load washer and dryer. All his fault.
