  My wife and i first started out looking for a house with another agent which quickly became evident it wasn't a good match. So my wife mentioned her cousin had known a agent. She would ask and see if he was available. I thought oh great just another pushy agent that just wanted to get paid and go on his way. We had met Bill at a open house in Chelmsford. What a breath of fresh air he was. Such a patient person. Bill listened to everything we wanted which I know I'm not a easy person to deal with. Found us a great house in this crazy market. And made it such a easy transition. Just wanted to say again thanks Bill you were great to us.

  Just worked with Bill to get my mothers condo sold, the condo was part of an estate and he had plenty of experience with this type of transaction. The time on the market was very short and the sale went smoothly.   Bill was excellent! He never promised more than he was able to deliver but certainly delivered more than he promised. He was always responsive with any questions we had in a very timely manner.   Bill did a great job helping me sell my mothers house as this was an estate sale. With Bills experience and guidance, he helped me overcome issues and obstacles to keep the sale moving forward. Working with my estate lawyer he brought the deal to conclusion. Bill was always available and called me back quickly when I had a question or issue.
