  The Nashua branch off spit brook road, the drive up ATM hasn’t worked for over a month now. It seems like it working and you go through the whole process and just says cannot process transaction at this time. So then I need to drive around and go in and it works in there so I know it’s not my card. Especially during Covid I would think you want less foot traffic inside the building.

  Beyond unprofessional. Couldn’t change my pin on my card even when I had adequate forms of ID and the card physically with me. The woman at the Tyngsboro JDCU as well as in the Chelmsford one have never given me problems!

  I went in to cash a simple check. The teller that was assisting me knew someone who walked in behind me and proceeded to have a conversation with them. This was obviously quite unprofessional and was distracting to the teller as she took my check, which was from someone else, and took the money out of my own account. Therefore the cash handed from me was from my own account and the check was forgotten. Obviously, she kept the check. The unprofessionalism cost me money.

  Good place but company as a whole needs to review there operation times. It's almost impossible to get there before they close at 16:00. Simply doesn't line up with a day job; which I'm guessing most of their clients have.

  Hello Nathan. Thank you for the feedback, we will take that into consideration. Our locations are open until 6:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as 8:30 to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.   They need more employees because the wait is way too long in the lobby at this location.
