  Bill Black is by far the most powerful mortgage broker I know!! For me and for many many others he's brought it to the table and made it happen. I now own my own duplex!! It is all because of Bill Black!! There was 4 days where the lenders were not approving me for the loan on my duplex. Bill Black made it happen and delivered!!   While the Pandemic has certainly been stressful and very difficult for most businesses to survive. It definitely produced it's share of rude and disrespectful customers, Bill Black appears to be one of them. Although this review is based on his actions, and not his mortgage company (I have no idea about his company other than there are hundreds of options out there in the business to go through that I've met through the years). I just find it troubling that a business owner would actually act like a fool and trash someone else's business during these stressful times. You would think that ALL small businesses would band together during the recovery period to work together and help rebuild our community instead of the exact opposite.

  I would love to follow any issue up with a phone call but I do not know who "Annoyed Business Owner" is or whom you are "representing" in this personal attack against my integrity- but thank you for motivating me to have more actual clients share their experience here vs. a disgruntled anonymous person complaining about being complained about...because this is how you rebuild community right?

  Bill is awesome!!! We bought our first house here in Vancouver using the VA home loan. A friend referred us to Bill and his fiancée Kelyn (real estate agent) and things could not have been better! Quick closing, no hidden surprises and always answered our calls/texts (even late and weekends) - thanks again Bill!

  My experience with Bill was outstanding from the start. I felt comfortable and he was always available for any questions I had throughout my process. Bill is hands down, one of the hardest working advisors. He is extremely knowledgable and works very hard to make sure you are happy at the end of your dealings. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
