  The whole team were wonderful. They were truly there every step of the way. I found them personal and easy to talk with, gave wonderful advice, and were quick to respond to any call or email. Their ability to make you comfortable and make sure you get the right loan for your needs is outstanding. I did not feel pushed to do anything, and I can not say enough about their consistent communication and updates. It’s a scary thing to take the plunge into a mortgage loan and Paula and her team made it a good experience.

  Michelle, Kelli and Paula are the best in the business! Communication throughout the process was always 100% on point! Having worked with other mortgage companies I can say this is the only team that hasn’t led me to binge eating donuts in a dark alley🤣 I’m also Happy to know they are now licensed in Florida so I will be doing my refi with them in the near future

  Kelli Scott and her team are always very easy to talk to. I’ve used them three times now and have been very pleased with their service. Once for my original home loan, and two refi’s for lower fixed loan rates. I didn’t have to go in to their office at all to sign anything making it super easy on me with school and work. I’d definitely recommend them if your looking for a lender!

  A friend recommended Guild Mortgage to me. I called & talked to Paula from the beginning. She was so helpful right from the start. She made me feel valued & welcomed as a customer. Paula & her team were very professional, friendly, helpful & dependable. If we had a question, they would get back to us right away.   This was my first home purchase, and it couldn't have gone smoother! Having rented for years, the decision to buy was a big one and I was a bit nervous about the process. I was basically a child when it came to terms, steps in the process, etc. I also had heard various horror stories from other people about buying/selling houses which only added to my anxiety. That being said, Guild Mortgage was awesome throughout the entire process from start to finish, particularly Paula and Kelli who I mainly worked with. They were always incredibly prompt with their responses and did what they said they would do. They were very clear about expectations and what was needed from me, and that did not change at all throughout the process. On a more personal note, the loan officers were super friendly and personable! I received the recommendation from a friend who had worked with Guild previously, and will now be passing on the recommendation should I come across any others looking to purchase a home... Thanks so much for making this an EASY purchase! :-)

  I had inquired about refinancing my home with the mortgage company with whom I'd been doing business. I came away from that experience feeling discouraged - with a low financial self-esteem. I consulted my daughter, Jenny Francis, who works for Guild Mortgage. She wanted to put me in the hands of "the best!" Indeed, she did! Paula and Kelly are a top-notch team. * They immediately reached out to me *. They were positive and supportive in every way *. Every aspect of the transaction was managed in a timely fashion *. They were able to lend more than I dared ask for Suffice it to say, they well exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy Guild customer!!

  I was referred to this office in hopes to gain more information regarding the purchase of my first home. I took a seminar some months ago with Angela Matteo so I reached out to her as she said that she would be happy to assist with anything during or after this said seminar. I have been trying to contact this Guild Mortgage office for over a week now and have not heard back, even after multiple attempts to Angela herself and the Manager. I worked in the mortgage industry for years and I would never fathom to leave a client hanging for more than 24 hours! I was being loyal and if this is how they treat prospective clients I definitely do not want to give them business if I had a potential home loan in addition to other products/services they may provide.

  The very best lender in the business! I can truly say that Paula Nirschl with her staff are professional, educational, resourceful and efficient. Every professional agency that Guild mortgage aligns with has also been top notch quality and service oriented. I have interviewed and worked with other mortgage companies, they left me guessing for how all the details of home loan applications, and options affect my financial well being. Not one time has Paula delayed in responding within hours, if not minutes to my questions. Guild mortgage will inform you of your all your loan options and review the long-term outcomes to help you reach your financial goals and stay within your "living" budget needs. If you choose to pass by the opportunity to at least let them review your situation, and present the options they can offer I don't feel your giving yourself the very best the mortgage industry has to offer. It's your choice! A little research I did... Guild Mortgage stayed strong and grew through the recent recession, because they practice clean lending. You won't find a trash heap of foreclosures due to incorrect lending practices. Rather you find refinancing options and hard work to keep you on track and in your homes. To me, that speaks volumes. I wish you the very best luck in securing the lending agency that works for you. Guild Mortgage is a successful, productive, and a smart financial company to incorporate in your growth plan.

  If you are looking to get a home loan, contact Guild Mortgage and ask for Danielle Hinton​​. You won’t regret it. She is amazing. She is honest, genuine, and very knowledgeable. She listened to what we were looking for and found the best deal for us, ensured we got the best rate. We never felt that she was trying to make a quick buck and sell us a package we couldn’t manage. To add, she was with us every step, answering our many questions, and keeping us updated with each step in the process. She always found time for us, bless her heart.   Paula and her team are great to work with. They are very upfront with clients so the client always knows where the stand. When I refer a buyer to Paula I know they will be well cared for. If Paula says the buyer is ready and qualified you know that they are and the loan will close & onetime. I love working with Paula and Kellie.
