  I was literally chased off the lot 02/01, I told Bill I was only looking not wanting to buy. He was very persistent and aggressive regarding making a sale. I've worked commision sales before and in a car dealership and told him that. I was very disappointed I wasn't able to actually look without being felt like a shark was about to attack. My family used to buy from this dealership for years. I never will.

  My appointment time was convenient. I was treated very well. Especially by Jennifer. Will definitely have all my services for my Acadia done at Biggs.

  This place is a scam. I drove and hour because of the ads and was only the 5min before having to turn around and come back home. Thier ad said credit waiver and no money down. What a big fat lie!! I will never fall for that again and neither will anybody else I know. I had a couple of my military buddies call me and asked about it and I told the it was a lie and dont waste your time going their. NEVER AGAIN!!

  We had car troubles on our trip south from Canada with the engine light staying on. No garages were opened on Sunday so we drove through to our destination in Roper N.C. We called Biggs first thing Monday morning and thanks to John who told us to bring it in and they would handle the problem right away. Everyone of the associates at Biggs were so friendly and kind on top of being one of the most professional places we've been for service on our vehicle. Thank you for fixing our vehicle and making our vacation a happier one.

  Our car was totaled in an accident, and the stress of searching for a vehicle with a list of necessary options to accommodate our family of five was getting to me. I went to a few other dealerships in town, but the salesmen were extremely pushy and fake- then Kash walked into my life. Kash was extremely personable, professional, and wasn't pushy or condscending like some sales people we dealt with at other dealerships. He spoke to me like a friend having a casual conversation. He listened to me and asked me questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle and why. A few days later, he delivered in a big way. The car he selected for me to test drive checked off all the boxes for our family- and then some! I fell in love with it instantly- and he knew it. The other sales professionals at Biggs were extremely friendly and even offered my four year old daughter (who clearly didn't share her Mom's enthusiasm for buying a car- thanks Ms. Ruth!) a Biggs coloring book and crayons to keep her entertained. Scott, my finance professional, was amazing and got my paperwork done in minutes. Even the techs who detailed my car before I drove home in it were friendly and shot me a thumbs up as I departed the lot with a huge grin on my face. The manager, Rick, is a talented, experienced professional and an asset to the community. I truly could not be happier with my experience in its entirety. I never fancied myself a GMC/Cadillac/Buick kind of girl, but the luxury that comes with their lineup is second to none. I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from Kash and Biggs within the next couple years, and truly appreciate all they did to make my experience an outstanding one.

  I followed Jo Jo from another dealer. His first task find us an RV. I showed him what we wanted and 3 Days later "here's your RV" on time and on price. Jo Jo's next task was a used Pickup with my particular requirements, We both searched for several days, Jo Jo chased leads till we found "The Truck". I bought the truck with a 2 yr warranty. After I took delivery of course I had to use the warranty. Jo Jo and the excellent service department kept to task and I have an excellent looking/running truck. Through all this Jo Jo kept me informed and mobil. Jo Jo has always provided great service with enthusiasm and energy. Thank you Jo Jo and thank you Biggs.
