  Brian did a great job getting our loan approval on a tight timeline with the passing of our Father. I had tremendous confidence in his ability going above and beyond at every opportunity. Brian made the application process user friendly leveraging technology, his team of professionals and a good old fashioned phone call to keep us in the loop. He worked harmoniously with our realtor to create a seamless process. Brian locked our rate the night before a market increase saving us money! He really knows his numbers, programs and has his finger on the pulse of market trends. Brian was empathetic to my family's situation by attending the celebration of life for our Father.   Buying a house is gruelling no matter which lender one picks. My wife recommend Brian @ big valley mortgage as had worked with him in the past. Brian is very genuine gave info we needed was pre approved first day. After 6 house offers finally got one. Brian went over loan info and picked the one that best fit our needs. Processed and finalized.

  Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our initial loan officer with a different company wouldn't get back to us, and we wanted to put an offer in on a house. Our realtor reached out to Brian and he called us 15 minutes later, after hours from his house just to get us a new pre-approval so that we could put an offer in that night. Talk about going above and beyond! As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect from the process, but Brian worked hard to keep us informed with updates every couple of days and he was always available to answer our questions. He even showed up to signing just to make sure that it all went smoothly!
