Greg Kessler1Attempted to make a deposit - while waiting for the teller to come back part of my cash deposit was sucked out by the wind. I spent a half hour searching the parking lot for the missing $10 - I explained the situation of what happened and deposited what was left. I was told as long as another deposit was made early the next morning that a overdraft charge would not be applied to my account if something posted I did as instructed and they still charged the overdraft. Trying to plead my case did no good. Was told to use the basket at my own risk if a teller isn’t there. I wasn’t arguing the loss of the $10 - I was owning that - but basically was lied to I would have been better off if they had told me that if a deposit wasn’t made by end of business - The fee would be imposed. I would have made arrangements to get the extra cash in that day. That’s what ya get for taking the word of these employees!! I’ve been a customer for 10 years! So much for local customer service - expect that from Wells Fargo

J Donald4I have been with this bank for 5 years now. I have thoroughly enjoyed this bank. I can't tell you the number of times they caught charges that I never purchased. I guess since we live in the digital age, anyone can find your data. They have stopped every intrusion I have ever had, which I love. They also now allow you to get a new Debit Card right inside the bank, no more waiting for 2 weeks to get a new one. There is a $5 fee, but well worth it if you ask me. The staff is all friendly and respectful, always available to help when the situation arises. I was thrilled when they gave us an auto loan, I was really worried it wouldn't go through as our credit hasn't been the greatest lately. The ONLY thing that I have a huge problem with is there website and app go DOWN ALL THE TIME. Here I am trying to balance my checkbook and BAM, you can't get access, you always get an error. When you call the bank, they are super friendly, but most times they tell me they are aware of the situation, but have no idea when it will be fixed. THIS DRIVES ME INSANE. HERE I AM NOW, TRYING TO BALANCE MY CHECKBOOK AND AGAIN THE SITE IS DOWN, WITH NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE BACK UP. ANNOYING. But if you can handle them constantly down, this is the bank I would recommend 10X's over!!

Debra Stowell5When shopping for a home loan this bank won due to the comparable fees and knowing that they wouldn't sell my mortgage but keep it in bank if I had 20% down. Having had my mortgage sold so frequently on my last two homes this was a clear win. I like knowing my loan will stay at this bank. The tellers are very nice and helpful when ever I need anything.
