  I recently purchased a home using a reverse mortgage. Without Sharron's knowledge, attention to detail and focus on this project it would probably not have come to fruition! There were any number of "moving parts" that she and Judi were able to pull together and keep in place. Both truly worked above and beyond to accomplish my purchase. I would gladly recommend Big Horizon without hesitation!

  I had seen the ads on TV for Big Horizon Mortgage and Sharron Eastman, and when the time came for me to obtain a mortgage I gave her a call. The service Sharron provided could not have been better! All mortgage situations are unique, but with her creative approach to my financing needs, I was able to get the process done much quicker than I had expected in a way that suited my needs completely. What could have been a very daunting process was eased by Sharron's clear communications about the timeline and the documents needed.   At the age of 81 I found myself divorced and because I ended up owning our home I needed to pay my ex-husband a lump sum of money I didn’t have. Because of my low income I couldn’t qualify for a conventional mortgage. Thank goodness Big Horizon Mortgage was recommended by my lawyer as the people to call. Sharron spent an hour and a half explaining every detail of the HUD program to me. She answered all my questions and I knew it was the answer to my prayers! Sharron and Judi handled everything.   Highly recommended for both first-time buyers, and real estate investors focused on residential properties. I worked with Sharron when my wife and I bought our first home - a multi-family primary residence using an FHA loan, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time walking us through each step, always ensuring we were comfortable moving ahead. She also found lower rates than any of the banks or credit unions we had contacted, and the process was smooth throughout.
