  Been a member for a number of years. They are ok, certainly all very friendly. If you need help through the telephone waits can be worse then if you were doing business with JP Morgan. Why am I part of a credit union if the service can be slower then a huge bank? I also opened a business account which took over 4 hours. Looked into other local banks and they block off no more then 90 minutes to open a business account. Realizing the service here may be a bit slow overall.

  Great bank, friendly people. Only wish there was a local phone number listed to speak to local people about our accounts and /or any other questions.

  Hi Cindy - Thank for your review and being a member! All of our Member Service Representatives are Maine/New Hampshire based. When you call our main line you are talking to someone in Sanford, ME, Portsmouth, NH or Berlin, NH. The reason we don't have direct lines to the each branch is because they sometimes get very busy and we never want a member calling and not receiving an answer. ~Jess
