  This is a small time bank for poor folks. I have over $4M in assets, and over $2M of that in cash and cash assets. I put some money into this local bank to try them out after having moved to Maine from New York City. They seem to forget, or are unable to contemplate, that you have enough money in your checking account to cash and check and get the money right then and there. They think you have to "wait" until the check clears even though you have more than enough money in the account to cover the entire check. Furthermore they make you come in to sign for wire transfers. Which century are they in? Do they think people have time for that? What if I'm in New York and need to send a wire? I have to cut my trip short in order to get back to Kennebunk to send a wire? Total lack of understanding in terms of A. the times and B. who they're dealing with.

  This Bank sucks. I had Hanover ins for cars& home with this bank and tried to switch over to travelers and they screwed me in a big way. They asked me what I have for a heat source and I said I have a pellet stove, monitor, electric heat, I said I don’t use the electric but I could. You need a source of central heat, so cause I don’t use it they refused to give me ins. As far as Kari Morin omg she’s not educated at all, better stick to church only. That’s what it is when you are into the church thing. I’ll ask one thing she answers another thing. Even Karen Kimball no help, Mark Ross no help at all. They could care less about there people. This bank just SUCKS. So I’m pulling out of there and never again. To bad your loss.Lets add to this even DANNY EDGECOMB USELESS NO HELP AT ALL.

  The drive thru ATM machine just took 3 checks and didn't deposit and money and didn't give me the checks back. I'd give it less stars but this is the first time it's happened
