  Bianca and her team were amazing!!! I struggled with trying to get my credit right, trying to manage some debt, trying to get someone who can see past the paperwork and sit and work with me! She strongly advocated for me when it came to the paperwork and underwriters which was my hardest part… I couldn’t be thankful enough that Bianca and her team went above and beyond to make this home purchase happen. I heard from Bianca or one of her team members everyday! I was continuously getting feedback about where we were in our timeline, and they included my opinion in everything , they helped me understand everything!   This was my first time buying a house with a mortgage company and just like most I did not know where to start. Bianca Guerra was there to answer every question I had and gave great advice along the way. I highly recommend getting preapproved before house hunting. This helps you know your budget and also let the sellers know you are serious. One thing I most like about working with Bianca is that she truly cared to get what’s best for you whether it be the insurance quote or the interest rate she always had what was best for the buyer in mind. I would not go anywhere else to fund my future homes. Movement Mortgage is very lucky to have Mrs. Guerra in their team.

  Biance was AMAZING to work with. She was extremely responsive and answered any and all of our questions. All paperwork was handled in a timely manner and she always touched base with us to let us know where we were at in the process. We even closed earlier than expected! We would definitely work with her again and would HIGHLY recommend.
