  My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and with us having an account with chase we tried them first. Well chase turned me down saying one of my scores was 5 points to low. So i got scared i wouldnt find someone to help with the loan. Well i googled home loan places in GR and found John at home and loan. Within a few hours he had me pre approved and ready to get a list of homes together to look at. And a little less than two months later,my husband and I as well as our kids have our first home. Also it would of been less time but the home owner was away for a bit. I highly recommend John for anyone getting told no by the bank!

  I had been looking for a home loan for about six months and big name banks kept turning me away. After trying to secure a loan from my personal bank and being told to "wait another month or two" when I was pressed for time to find a house before my lease was up, I stumbled into John's office by accident. I was looking for someone else but I decided to give John a chance to help me with a loan instead. I'm so glad that I did. There were a few obstacles that may have prevented me from getting into my home on time but he knew exactly what had to be done in order to keep everything running along smoothly. He helped me fix my credit when it took an unexpected dive, and he knew who to call when maternity leave threatened my chances of even getting my loan at all. He kept an eye on the interest rates and locked us in when he saw the best rate. I highly recommend working with John's business "Beyond The Bank"!

  Highly recommended- after jumping through the hoops with other lenders and still being turned down Beyond the Bank was able to get me approved. They went above and beyond to keep my mind at ease during the process of purchasing a home.

  My husband and I were told we couldn’t get approved for a loan from several local and national banks. Within a week of contacting John we were approved and out looking for houses.
