  Wow, my wife and I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Alex and his team at Better Rate Mortgage. We weren't even thinking of refinancing until a friend casually mentioned that he was wrapping up a refi with Alex. When I heard the terms he was getting my ears popped! I contacted Alex and got a reply that same evening. Alex asked what our mortgage goals were. Based on those criteria he sent us four options, all of which were excellent. My wife was all-in when she saw the potential savings. We choose the option that we felt gave us the best opportunity to pay off our mortgage quickly while saving tens of thousands of dollars over our previous mortgage. Today, one month later, our eight-year-old 30-year fixed rate mortgage was paid off by the new lender and my wife and I have moved into a 10-year fixed rate mortgage at 1.25% lower than our previous mortgage AND with $0 closing costs! The really impressive part though is just how easy Alex and his team made the whole process. We never had to leave our house for a single appointment! I uploaded all of the qualifying financial documents to the Better Rate Mortgage website from my home computer. It was even simpler than it sounds, with a checklist of required documents, each clearly delineated in to a corresponding folder, all of which were listed on the same webpage. It was actually kind of fun to quickly check off those boxes. All of the loan documents were signed digitally. Once the lender approved our loan Alex sent a mobile notary to our home to notarize our signatures on the closing documents. It was so simple and easy! Throughout the process Alex kept us informed via text, emails and calls. When a couple minor issues cropped up he called and helped us to navigate them. While I have yet to meet Alex in person, we spoke on the phone several times during the refinance and he was always a complete professional. There was never a hint of being in a hurry, annoyed or any sort of pressure. He was just calm, steady and reassuring throughout. I can't recommend Alex and his team at Better Rate Mortgage enough. They have my complete confidence and I look forward to referring them to anyone I encounter who is in need of a mortgage broker. Thank you Alex and team - you guys are wonderful!

  I inquired with Alex about refinancing my current mortgage about 2 weeks ago. From the beginning, Alex was attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive. He listened to what I needed and found exactly what I was looking for. He guided me step by step through the transaction and made it incredibly easy for me. It was by far the smoothest, easiest loan transaction I have ever had. Getting into contact with Alex was super easy as he always took my calls, and responded to any text message inquiries within minutes, and more importantly, when I did get into contact with him, he knew exactly what to do and took care of the issue right away.   I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about the experience I had dealing with Better Rate Mortgage. My wife and I were looking to refinance our home mortgage to take advantage of the low interest rates that are available. We contacted multiple companies and were thoroughly confused with all the options that were presented to us. We then got a prompt response from Alex at Better Rate Mortgage with a concise and to the point numbers that made sense. He was able to lock us in at an amazing rate. Alex was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had.   If you want someone’s who’s reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent, Alex is your guy. Especially in this market now where things are moving fast, Alex has been quick and dependable throughout the whole process. I attempted to contact a couple other people before a friend referred me to Alex, and it was night and day. Quick pre-approval, answered all my questions clearly, and walked me through every stage of the process. I never felt alone during this whole experience. I will definitely come back to him for my future needs. Highly recommend.

  Alex helped me refinance my home with the lowest rate out there. He was very efficient and responsive. I have done other refinances in the past this was by far the best experience I've had. My loan was approved and funded in a very short period. I will definitely recommend Better Rate Mortgage to family and friends. Keep up the good work!

  I started talking with Alex mid November to get some info, I found their company very attentive and professional, therefore I gathered all my documents and apply for my loan refinancing beginning of December, Alex followed up with me step by step from loan application all the way to appraisal and always found away to make sure to get as close as where I wanted to be but NOT THE LENDER. From the beginning to closing not much of change in wording, NOT LIKE OTHER LENDERS, with other lenders saying takes two to three month to found the loans because of low rate, they are overwhelmed, in less than a month Alex finalized my loan, my original lender was paid and I received my cash out via wire transfer in the same month that I applied. Thank you Alex, it was a pleasure working with your firm, I defiantly recommend Better Rate Mortgage .
