  Shannon has been really great! Her and her team made my first home buying experience easy. From the first conversation I had with her, she was helpful right from the start and through out the duration of my loan process. She answers your questions, responds quickly, makes you feel like your the only one she's working with even though she has many clients. Very personable helps you with your credit to get you qualified. Her team is very nice and personable as well. We had a short time frame to qualify and get a loan and Shannon made it happen. This was our very first purchase and helped us through the emotional roller coaster of the process. Love the personal service we were provided.
