  We have used Amy and her team before but never in the middle of trying to sell a property and purchase another in the middle of a PANDEMIC!!! Our experience was exceptional. Amy was very responsive. The pandemic lockdown happened in the middle of our transactions to add to the stress of selling and purchasing, but Amy and her team never missed a beat we signed on time and everything went exactly as planned. I am a details person and working with Amy relieved me of the stress of having to ask for details she was proactive and able to provide me detailed options and resolution during a time that none of us had experienced. I was so happy with Amy, I made sure my mother would reached out to her when she was ready to refinance.... and as expected, Amy and her team provided top notch service. I highly recommend Finance of America and Amy for all of your lending needs, the personal touch cannot be met by the Large Banks and disinterested Brokers that only want you to sign on the dotted line.

  Amy R DeBusk and her team have been great to work with! My husband and I have known Amy for over 10+ years when we purchased our first home. We have done several refi's after a few home purchases and every outcome has always been top notch. Myles is quick to respond and gets things done the right way! He kept me in the loop the whole way and always answered my questions. They are personable and they care! We were not just a number to them to just close a deal.   First and foremost it's a business transaction and you're making a 30 year commitment — so unlike your favorite coffee spot you frequent, cost is probably higher on the list of priorities when considering who to go to for your home loan. With that said, I absolutely recommend reaching out to Amy for a chat. Yes, they offer the competitive rates but the experience working with them is what's compelled me to leave this review. As a first time buyer, Amy explained concepts, never missed any details, and brought things into perspective that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. I thought this to be invaluable, especially when you're committing to something so long term. Plus she and her staff were a complete joy to work with, such a fun team. It's too bad (again, unlike your favorite ☕ spot) you can't do business with these folks on the regular!
