  The best auto buying experience I’ve ever had! Working with Gary saved me hours of searching, calling, scheduling and haggling for cars that fit my criteria. Considering that, his fee is definitely great value for money. Will definitely look to work with Gary again if I’m back in the car market.

  It is so hard to find a car right now. And finding something that fit my needs was near impossible. Gary listed carefully to my wishes and did the homework with the car companies to find me the right car and get me a great price. I NEVER could have done this by myself.   For several months I was procrastinating purchasing a car as I felt anxiety about going to a dealership. When I expressed this to my cousin she recommended Gary Eisenstein and explained what he does. Well it was the best investment I ever made. The moment I met him at the dealership I had no anxiety or stress. The entire experience was painless. He handled everything and explained the process before we started. I thought I was only interested in a particular style and Gary suggested I look at another style. Well, that was the car I purchased and I love, love my new vehicle. Gary negotiated a better purchase price and a better trade-in price. His only concern was that I was happy with my purchase. He does not pressure you and if you are not sure he will say let's move on. He acts as your advocate. He is with you from the beginning to when you pull out with your new car. Gary is very professional. I was very happy and pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Gary Eisenstein and will refer him to anyone interested in this process.

  Gary was extremely patient and invested in our situation. I called Gary to assist me in a service issue that I was having with my Audi Q5. He helped talk me down from the ledge with the service disaster at Fletcher Jones. Upon learning that the car would be too costly to fix, Gary found a towing company to take my car, and, better yet, pay me a fair price for the car. He helped my wife find the car of her dreams and was great with the negotiations with both the salesman and the finance manager. His advice is truly sage and his temperament and patience is second to none. Thank you, Gary.

  In March 2018 I purchased a new car using Gary's services and could not be more satisfied. His approach is highly professional and efficient in which he negotiates a much better price that you could do on your own, saves you time and probably most important allows you to avoid the stress and hassle that are often a big part of the car purchasing process.   I would recommend using Gary as a consultant regarding any (new or used) vehicle purchase. Gary assisted me with a New Car purchase. He was very thorough in researching my new vehicle but also my trade in valuation as well. He setup the appointment and we dealt directly with the Sales Manager. He accompanied me to the dealership and made sure everything was in order. We reviewed the various options (rebates, financing options) and he pointed out the various outcomes leading to a larger savings than I realized. I left the dealership not feeling as If I had been on the losing end. I plan to use Gary's services in the future.

  I called Gary at Better Auto Buying and he was quick to take care of buying my Mother-In-Law's Cadillac for a very fair price. I planned on selling her car on my own, but found that going through Gary was soooo much easier!!! Gary had good integrity and worked quickly. You cant beat that!!
