  Alicia Marzarella is easily the best agent we've used on LBI. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. She gets it done over and over again. She's sociable, down to earth, connects easily with people. She's prompt, responsive, totally knows the area. You can't go wrong with Alicia.

  Alicia Marzarella found us 2 rentals in Barneget Light in June, 2020 and went above and beyond both times. Her insight was invaluable and her assistance went above and beyond. She checked in on us 2 days in and found our BBQ was broken and she showed up the next morning (without us asking) with a brand new, high-end grill. I am sure the owner of our rental was as thrilled as we were. I will always be contacting her for my LBI rentals.
