  They don't let you deposit checks unless the atm can take them Clearly had people sitting around doing nothing

  Good place to get money from after you earn it from your job. If you didn't have to earn it from your job first it would get 5 stars. The ATM can be confusing by there's enough numbers on it that I can work it good enough. I opened an account here and it's good to bank at this bank. Thank you for being a bank.

  Ive been a pnc customer for 2 and a half years. I have cashed my paycheck all across the state. From Hoboken to Pennsville. But for some reason this branch is insisting that they have to charge me to cash a paycheck drawn on pnc with my smart access account. Tells me my usual bank must have different policies. Yet this branch is the only branch in the state with a different policy. I live 3 minutes away and I will happily never return.

  Ever since the little kiosk in Genuardis closed I was devastated since it was so close, they soon after put a banking trailer at the current location which made my life easier. Now with the actual branch being at the Gunning River Mall I have been grateful they made a permanent presence in Barnegat. Would I love a drive through? Yes but you cannot have everything! Every banking employee has been professional, helpful and accommodating. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I have all my business needs met, from notary signatures to personal Visa gift cards I couldn't be more thankful to have them right around the corner!

  This Bank is now a "Cashless" Bank - NO Tellers. If you are making a deposit you need to use the ATM

  Worst bank ever! Not PNC itself but the employees at this location severely lack communication/customer service skills. They are rude, condescending and don’t care about customers. I have lived in Barnegat for 6 years and have never had good service at this location.

  Worst bank experience I have ever had. I recently moved up from Florida, customer service was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend anyone banking here ever. If I could've rated zero stars, I would have.

  Standing in the bank for 15 mins waiting to be assisted is not the way i wanna spend a Saturday. Not even for the head teller or bank manager to come out to say anything to those waiting.

  Shari is very rude, the worst customer service I have ever received. She was clearly annoyed about simply having to do her job.
