  Kim and Jordan Cash are amazing people to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind in their dealings with people like my wife and I who were first time home buyers on a relatively tight budget. They were amazingly quick in their answers to questions we had, and when the time came to put in an offer on a home, they hustled to get it in just a short time after deciding to pull the trigger. I believe that moment was critical for us in making the purchase. They went above and beyond in their management of our buying experience and I have 100% confidence they'd do it again for us or anyone else. You will not regret partnering with them!

  Where do I even begin? Tammy was instrumental in the selling of our first home. While selling a home can be daunting, Tammy was always (at any time of day or night) just a text or phone call away to answer our questions or just to simply put our minds at ease. Her guidance, expertise, and support led to an incredible offer from an incredible family, and a fast, seamless close. In addition to selling our home, Tammy has been actively helping us during the buying process of our new construction home. From following up with contractors, to fervently looking for temporary places for us to live during the transition, she truly does it all.   I love this place because Sharon works here. We meet Sharon back in 2011 and built a relationship fairly quickly. Sharon had all the patience in the world for my wife and I who couldn't decide what we wanted. We saw houses all over Tampa Bay, but after so much looking we did not buy. She then help us find a place to rent. After all of that she did not give up on us when we were ready again last year in 2016. After what it seem like looking again all around Tampa Bay we found our home ! Sharon is the the nicest most professional person !! I miss her and Don showing us around. We would like to someday buy a investment property and hope someday soon so we can go back to her.. Thank you Sharon !
