  Pro-Option Mortgage is the only reason we are able to buy our Florida house. I am self-employed with a couple of short sales from investment properties on my credit report. No conventional lender was willing to give us a loan for a house we wanted to buy. We found Pro-Option and Steve McRory said he could get us a loan, so we made an offer on the house. Steve was able to get us a mortgage and we closed on the house. A few years later, after building some more credit paying the mortgage, Steve helped us re-finance at a even better interest rate.   As a former military aviator I have worked with some of the finest individuals this country has to offer. True professionals at their craft. It is rare that you come across someone with that same sense of honor and dedication that is required to be at the top of their profession. Steve McRory exemplifies what every mortgage broker should strive to be. He has made what others called impossible a reality. I have two very close friends who are in the same business as Steve in another state and one of them owns a large mortgage business. They have both told me on numerous occasions that the mortgage loan that Steve put together for me was just not possible. Well they were completely wrong. They still can't believe he was able to structure the loan that he did. Steve goes above and beyond for every client he takes on and has the tenacity to get the job done.   My husband found Pro Option through a web search. We had tried conventional ways to get a loan, but were unsuccessful. Between a bankruptcy and foreclosures our credit was not the best. We had a private mortgage that we really needed to refinance. Steve was able to help us obtain 2 loans within 6 months of each other. The process is NOT easy and may take longer than expected, so you have to be very patient. It is well worth it. I highly recommend Pro Option. Melinda, his processor does a great job for him.
