  Elden was fantastic to work with throughout the entire refinancing process. I started out about to refinance with another company, and then Elden called me and guaranteed he could get me a better rate. At first I didn’t think it’d be possible, so I told him to call me back on a Saturday when I wasn’t at work. To my surprise, he followed up and called me on his day off and after reading his other google reviews I decided to give him a chance. I’m glad I did because he wasn’t wrong! Very friendly, knowledgeable and great communication even on his days off!

He was so thorough explaining every part of the process, extremely professional and responsive to all our needs. He did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible.   Had an absolutely wonderful experience refinancing my home loan. I worked with Elden after starting the process with another lender and switched after 3 weeks and just days away from closing. I am very glad that I switched as I got a much better deal and way more communication and attention. Elden was great to work with and kept me well informed every step of the way.   Elden did an great job of walking us through this process, and we feel like we got a great deal.We had a refi it got a little complicated, and ended up taking us many months. Near the end of the process, we met Elden, and we were able to wrap it up in a few weeks that much more favorable terms. We highly recommend their services.

  Elden with Benstein Financial is the best! We live in Florida and our refinance with Cardinal Financial took 3.5 months and they never completed the application due to our horrible loan officer. Elden completed the exact same loan, at a lower cost too, quickly. We closed only 17 days after contacting Elden! And I am self employed so there was extra documentation to do. Only 17 days! Even with him being out of state from us it was very easy and fast.
