  If you have to talk to a human, this is not the banking institution for you. I am trying to report a lost debit card and get a new one. I have been going thru their root canal type prompting system for about a half hour after spending a lot of time trying to handle it on line. So long as your interaction is online and simplistic, all is mostly good. But if you want to talk to somebody forget it. Or you can drive to a branch which for us is about a half hour. I've been a member for over 30 years. Have to figure out an alternative.

  I went in around 930 in the morning to be welcomed by Ashley she helped me set up an account. She was super nice and got me in and out and still made it to work on time by 10 ..thanks for all the help Ashley

  This is the best credit union/bank! They go out of their way to help each member in every way they can. They go the extra mile to take care of U! They remember me by my name every time I go in. This is my only bank I use now!

  Whoever is charge of lending should be fired! To get turned down for a 15,000 loan for $800 10 year old bill is ridiculous especially when you had previous car loans they has been paid off. False advertising all they way around!

  Hidden fees on checking, don't work with you, polite but you can tell they do not care to help their customers, nor do that care to retain them, including their long standing customers. More than once they said I've authorized them to do something with my account that I did not. I'll be moving all 4 of my accounts elsewhere.

  Terrible service. Easy banking tasks are a struggle for this group of people.

  We got the job done. But employees seemed really in hurry to leave. Definitely not to provide service. They probably need to treat employees better. They will then treat customers better

  I have my mortgage here and have had all my car loans here. I've never had a problem. Always friendly service.
