  I use Genisys for regular banking and just recently refinanced my car as well with Alex Mortensen, he's been absolutely amazing through the whole process and now I have a better interest rate than before too. The mobile app is super easy to use and when you have a great contact like Alex any questions you have are answered super fast and clear through email, definitely recommend this credit union if you're trying to pick one to bank with. Easy app, no stupid monthly fees, great employees, and business hours that don't make it impossible to visit in person when the need arises just because you work full time

  I’m always delighted by the excellent customer service but after a difficult situation, I want to shout from the rooftops. Erin went above and beyond to make sure that I felt heard and valued. What started out as a stressful morning was immediately turned into a good day with a lasting positive outlook. This is all thanks to Erin’s experience, kindness, and eagerness to go above and beyond.

  Genisys is an awesome credit union. They have always been very helpful with questions and helping me find solutions to issues. They are very friendly ever time I call. I was going to be financing a vehicle through them, and when they didn't hear back from me they call to ensure everything was good and okay. The follow up they provide is amazing.

  Genisys Credit Union is such a wonderful place to do banking with. They are versatile, friendly crew, much like a real good friend. They provide techno savvy web online access which surpasses many back or other CU's that I had tried. The definitely are the best at what they do, making it a joy to manage your financial businesses with!

  My absolutely favorite banking experience. I come in weekly to make deposits. Jake and Pamela know me by name. They are always friendly and helpful. Always greeted with smiles and friendly conversation. I could go through the drive thru and save myself a couple of minutes but I much prefer taking the time to go inside and see them. Pleasant banking with a very small town feel. I love it! Thank you for the always awesome banking experience.

  I can not express how grateful my wife & I are to have Sheena along with the rest of the team @ the Wixom location in our corner. In a time where banking seems so informal, they create a friendly, warm personal environment. If you’re looking for a different, & frankly better banking experience, this is the place to go!

  Genisys is the best! Low rates, and friendly staff. I have done 9 auto loans through Genisys now over the years. They make the process so easy and painless. I have been thoroughly happy with the help that Sheena, and her fellow staff members have provided me. I would never go anywhere else by choice!

  Told me I could replace my card with same numbers then told me different Told me to throw my debit card in the trash can but that's not a breach of privacy and nobody can get your card numbers from your trash canThey will tell you one thing and then do something else different the next go somewhere else
