  Our home buying process experience was incredibly smooth and a hassle free transaction thanks to Benchmark Mortgage. We were selling our home out of state, relocating back to Texas and were overwhelmed with many things on our plate. When we contacted Benchmark Mortgage, they came with their best prices and offers the first time/no back and forth.Their response time to everything was prompt, they were on top of every transaction and has the friendliest staff.   Adam was fantastic! He is a great communicator and kept me on track through the loan process. He even worked outside the normal 9-5 work day schedule when necessary to finish required elements for our Loan. So much seems to have changed in the past 12 years in the house buying process.... I’m very thankful Adam was recommended to us. I will definitely will use Adam again. Should I require a loan.
