  I’ve been dealing with Bill Martin’s State Farm office for about four 1/2 years now. They insure our home and vehicles. Wev’ve always had the pleasure of working with Demi or Angie. They’re great to work with and super responsive to our needs and not to mention very patient when it comes to explaining insurance matters. I would highly recommend this agency for any insurance needs you might have.

  Love Bill's office! Angie & Demi are fantastic! Everyone in the office lives local and have worked with Bill over 9 years plus. Everyone in the office knows me by my name and I really trust my insurance needs with these fine outstanding folks.. I'd give a 10 if I could

  They are awesome. Whenever I call for something, the act IMMEDIATELY! They put the "E" in efficient, and are always pleasant and cordial. I recommend them to anyone who isn't happy with their insurance agent.

  Demi From Bill Martin State Farm is always so hopeful no matter what I need with regards to my auto policy she’s always just a call away. She always so helpful even when I stop by the office to pay for my monthly invoice

  I was so impressed with this office and their knowledge, I had the minimum coverage for years with Geico and didn’t even know what it meant or what I had. So thankful for Demi & Angie !

  I can't say that this applies to all the staff, But I recently called to get some information on a new policy, and a lady by the name of "Angie" was very unprofessional. She had the worst attitude and the way on how she handled my phone call was very poor. Left a bad taste, and I would rather go some were else for my business.

  I've been a customer for several years and have been more than happy with all of the experiences I've had at Bill's agency. All of the employees go out of their way to help you and always do their best to help save you money. In the past, Bill and Rob have assisted me with renter's insurance, life insurance, and auto insurance -- and I plan on using them for home insurance when the time comes. I've always felt that they have put mine and my family's needs ahead of making a 'quick buck,' and take their time to fully and honestly explain any questions that I have regarding the protection of my vehicles or home. If its peace of mind that you're looking for, Bill and his agency are more than equipped to provide it!

  Worse than can be rated. These people can't understand plain English. Can't follow simple instructions. Actual agent is never available. Agent does not return calls. Sent me 4 bills in 1 month ranging from they owe me $0.15, to I owe them $35, then I owe $75, then I owe $350, then I owe $448. All inside 30 days and they have no clue why. Let me call the regional office to figure it out while your policy expires. Great way to make money with no responsibility. Thanks for being a bunch of scam artists.
