  Truly horrible experience. I've been with this bank several years, tried to receive a new card in the mail as mine expired and absolutely horrible communication. I had to call several times asking updates, got told multiple different things. No one was on the same page or knew what was going on. Now that I FINALLY received my card (the day of mine officially expiring), it's being declined every time I try to use it, and have to call them now multiple times. At this point, I'd truly rather use any other bank. Don't recommend.

  I go to my account and it states that I made another transaction that I made from last year. Meaning an extra $85 has been taken out of my account and I haven't spent that today at all. This is not the first time this has happened either. Now I'm in a negative balance so if I transfer my savings in my checking, that will be taken from me. I have bills and priorities to take care of and I can't because of this. I am furious right now.

  I been a member with them for over5year.and yall will let me go to a different credit union over2000dollars.i have been waiting on a phone call from the one that say yes or no to loans. And they having call me yet.the branch manager and the one who say yes or no to loans are a total joke.they don't care for the members. I have been lied to. The branch manager and the ones that says yes or no to loans need to remember that the members dont work for them they work for the members. The branch manager as no leadership and they need it.i would not bank at acu they dont care for the members. Go to a credit union that's care for there members acu dont

  The service is superior. Mrs. Woods and her Team are extraordinary. They are patient and will respond to all email and calls within minutes of being left. If you are in search of buying or refinancing a vehicle I highly recommend you to not look anywhere else and reach out to Associated of Texas Credit Union, League City, Texas Branch. Keep up the Good work!!!!

  It would be nice if someone could be contacted about an existing account. Pure negligence. Automated system basically is useless, because it automatically placed you in a call back queue (with no option to hold). So, if you arent able to answer call back (NO ETA GIVEN ON WHEN CALLBACK WILL BE?), you have to repeat this process. They have a 'live chat' option on the web page that of course nobody replies to either. Terrible communication.

  Excellent customer service from Nikki Wood. She’s amazing, honest, and helped me out in person and over the phone with a few problems. Professional, friendly, makes me feel welcomed. Kept her word on contacting me back on Monday morning via phone and email. Thank you Nikki Wood your service was amazing!!! Keep up the great work.

  New account holder here. Having to wait 17 days to have access from a check is a little much. Especially when it’s from another credit union and it cleared already. Why the hold up? Update 9-18-2020 very rude teller and nobody is wearing a mask yet forcing me to wear one or no service. This bank truly sucks.

  I love my credit union. They always greet me by name. Very courteous and professional. I've had three car loans with them and all were easy and they beat the dealer's rates.

  Horrible credit union to deal with. It all started when I signed up and it just continues to get worse daily. The customer service is by far the worst ever. I changed from a different Credit Union to use ACU after 10 years and the experience is just unacceptable. You call the numbers to talk to someone and takes forever to get through. you use the chat assistance online to talk about issues, and all the individual tells you to do is call the numbers provided on the website. There response time is horrible. Over very disappointed with this company. Maybe one of the managers will see this post and try to reach out and solve the problems.

  Worst local bank we’ve experienced . The issues i have had i immediately called them to address, always put on hold then they will take your information and claim that the manager will call you back. That didn’t happens again today, for the 4th time with them! Both my husband who is a veteran and I are about to switch banks and go elsewhere. . . The only reason I didn’t walk In today and relied on calling them was because I am 9 months pregnant and traffic was crazy and I was hoping they’d call me as they said they would. It’s 6 pm and Friday, so I think it’s safe to say I won’t be hearing from them until it’s convenient for them...
