  They parts department (DAN) was extremely helpful !! HE not only went out of his way to give me the part #'s for Parts day did not have in stock but also gave me the engineering number that salvage yards use! And to top it all off with I have a small shop and I am not in their records but he went ahead and gave me shop price for my parts which he did not have to do without me filling out a bunch of paperwork I would give them a 5-star rating!!!!

  Nolan and his staff are amazing. Got a tip that this Ford dealership is more than worth the short journey from Madison/Middleton. Best truck buying experience I've ever had. The staff is efficient, friendly, answered every single question I had. I got an amazing price on a great truck.

  I just bought a Ford Escape at Bell Ford from Kaiti Breneman, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with all of the new technologies. It's new a while since I've bought a car, so they are a great deal more advanced then I remembered. Kyle Cottier was great at finding a good load at a great rate. Even Daniel Sopotnick in the parts department was amazing at answering some of my questions. Thanks for an amazing car buying experience.

  Tim at Bell Ford is truly amazing! I walked into the dealership wanting to look at a truck, and Tim delivered such a great experience for me. Within a week I purchased the truck and drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Bell Ford's service, and Tim's customer service :)

  Purchased a used Ford Explorer for $19K that had been through a "comprehensive dealer inspected". 2,700 miles later engine experienced complete failure. $5,200 to replace. Diagnosis indicated issues should have been discovered during a inspection that recent. Took four days of phone calls to reach someone to discuss. No willingness to participate at even a 10% discount on the repair if we transferred to dealer to have them perform. Was also informed during that repair that the brakes will need replacement in approximately another 3,000 miles. Given lack of commitment to their product and customers would avoid this dealer.

  Bought a nice 2006. Mini. Cooper I got a excellent deal $ Mini needs just some tender loving ❤ Much work was done on the. Mini Both front Axle Shafts Replaced both rear parking brake cables And adjusted parking brake New wiper blades Full Oil & lub Replaced rear licence plate bracket Air Filter Pleasant Staff Will deliver. Mini to my home location If I ever ??? Would buy a Ford I maybe would buy from them They are excited about the 2021 New Ford. Bronco coming out See Tim Heintz or other Rep Fiance lady was excellent Thx Go. Army

  Great experience buying an Edge at Bell Ford. Kyle is a great salesman and Jess is very knowledgeable and organized in the finance dept. This is our second vehicle from there..definitely worth the short drive from Madison! Super nice people!

  I recently bought a 2017 Explorer from a dealership in Madison. I noticed the paint on the hood was bubbling and peeling. I had it in for a door repair and the body shop put me in touch with Steve at Bell Ford because they thought the hood would be covered. I tried calling the dealership where I bought it, but after 2 messages and no response gave Bell Ford a call. They took care of me. Ordered a new hood and had it delivered to the body shop I was using so that the hood could be done the same day as the other repair. Bell Ford has definitely gained my business in the future.
