  The managers and other staff here are all very professional and welcoming. Service is very quick when your in a hurry, but they are also great to sit down and really work with you on any financial goals you may have. They are also good at helping get your savings in check, refinancing a mortgage, and set up a business plan with options for cash loans. All around excellent small town place to bank.

  Autumn at this DeForest location is amazing. She helped me set up an account fast and easy. So friendly! She was extremely helpful with all accounts I wanted to set up. She even helped me set up an account I did not plan on doing but is so worth it! You also get your debit card instantly. Thank you Autumn and Heartland Credit Union of DeForest.

  I moved to DeForest in the recent years and just got around to switching Credit Unions. I walked in and talked to Doug here, and ever since all I can say is my experience has been nothing other than 5⭐️! They've been great to work with. I would say all around if you're shopping for a new Credit Union with friendly staff, great customer service, go no further than Heartland Credit Union!

  The entire staff there is always amazing. The management staff is present and always help when a line starts forming. Always a pleasure to go to Heartland in DeForest.
