  My Business is over 45 years old and banking relationships are a major part of my life. We were at a time where the business had many new needs that required a bank that truly works on customer relations. Where you are more than just a name or number. Settlers bank in Windsor Wi is the bank. Their every day banking business offers more than we found elsewhere and the support from their team is immediate and accurate. We are now looking at long term "business strategies" Settlers is a small bank and that is what I like. They are quick ,nimble and can make decisions. Not only have I got to know many of their top execs, but I work with them! Settlers is making the transition so quick and easy.

  Settler's Bank has been an amazing person to work with. Tara is always responsive to requests and if she is out a member of her team steps in and helps out. Having had experience dealing with a different bank specializing in Business accounts; I now know how exceptional the service provided at Settlers Bank is. I would highly recommend this bank whether you are looking for personal or business accounts.

  After feeling left behind with a prior bank, I moved my business banking to Tom and his team at Settlers Bank. All I can say is the difference in service is undeniable. Everyone at Settlers is responsive, personal and professional. Any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Their customer driven care is second to none!

  We have been using Settlers Bank since 2018 for our 2 businesses. The service we receive is far beyond anything we had when using the big brand name banks. Tara Schneidewind (Treasury Management) at Settlers Bank is our dedicated specialist. They have given us a direct line (and email) to Tara. We always receive same day (usually same hour or even less) responses and always willing to help. We highly recommend Settlers Bank to anyone who legitimately wants great personal service.

  Carissa Peterson and Mindi Perrich were very timely and helpful with their responses to questions we had during this process. When we hit an unfortunate hiccup in acquiring our lot (not any fault of Carissa, Mindi, or Settlers bank) They went out of their way to make phone calls on our behalf and really went above and beyond to help us close before we missed a deadline. It has been wonderful working with them and I look forward to working with them in the future.

  I love the personal experience the minute you walk in the door. You’re always greeted with a smile and they even remember your name. The way banking should be these days. Oh, and you’ll love Miranda.
