  The best! If you are looking for a dynamite team, look no further. Jay and Delaney Starks are the perfect duo. Jay has 40 something years of experience in the business and Delaney has years of experience as well but also brings the more millennial understanding and vibe.   My home mortgage is through Bell Bank. They were responsive, quick, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being informed honestly. The market here moves fast but Bell Bank moves faster. Delaney at Bell Bank was especially helpful. I was able to get everything done I needed while house hunting and secure a home so smoothly. Their website platform is easy to use to check on the status of my loan and pay my bill as well as registering for automatic payments.
