  If you're looking for a wonderful mortgage broker, look no further. Jodi White at Belay Mortgage Group is the person for you!! Jodi went above & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of when I purchased my first home in December. I had heard so many horror stories about underwriting from other people, but Jodi & her team made everything so easy & straightforward. They are thorough & always on top of everything. Also, they are FAST! Once we were under contract things moved very quickly & we closed exactly on time. I shopped around with several other mortgage brokers & lenders, but Jodi was by far the most knowledgeable & the best overall. I had an amazing experience working with Jodi & her team!   Choosing Belay Mortgage when buying my first home was the best decision I made all year! I was, and remain, flabbergasted at how smooth and simple the entire process felt. Like, it was the easiest part by far of buying a house. The pre-approval process was so thorough that once we had a house offer accepted the official loan approval came through in only TEN DAYS. I'm sure that's uncommon, but it's a testament to the work Jodi and her team put in upfront. We could have closed almost immediately, but the *seller* needed more time, so we relaxed and twiddled our thumbs over the holidays instead of sparing a thought for the financial side of things. Responsive, proactive, good tech, good loan products—everything was easy and painless. Can't recommend highly enough.

  Jodi and team were amazing. This was by far my favorite mortgage experience. From pre-approval to closing the Belay team was extremely professional and on the ball. We always new what to expect, what documents were needed and what format was acceptable. They found a far better rate for us than we even budgeted for to begin with.   I really didn't understand much about Financing & Mortgage when I was in a position to buy a home. More than that, I also didn't have any of the resources that help making that hurdle easy to manage -0 self employed doesn't always pan out well for statements. So, it was entirely by chance that I came across Jodi White w/ Belay Mortgage - Jodi is the sort of consummate professional you want on a job - makes it look easy, also keeps Realtors/Escrow/Sellers/Buyers on task, which I have learned now is a bit like herding cats. I am happy to say that our Mortgage was some of her, & I quote, "Best Work." Almost miraculous in fact, closed within days. I can't imagine using anyone else for a Mortgage.

  I've used Jodi for several home loans, a refinance and a purchase. She also has helped out several of my clients with their mortgage needs. She is super knowledgeable with tons of experience and I highly recommend her. A recent story that I can share was with one of my clients - she inherited a home from her parents that she wanted to keep. Unfortunately, there was a lot of deferred maintenance and the loan was coming due. She was going to have to sell the house until Jodi stepped in to refinance it into her name, saving the day.
