Lisa S. Dispoto5Last few month ago, I called the customer service on the phone about feedback because the reason, I am deaf and can’t read their lip on the mask. So that, the best way, we can communicate with write and pen. So the tellers already trained and know what they do. A month ago, I went there and told them “I am deaf” then grab write a s note for communication. I am impressed them.

steve webster1WE'RE DONE! I have been a WF Customer for 32 years in 3 states. Today I went into the Vancouver Downtown Branch to make a $5,000 deposit into a 3 year old Business Checking/Charge account that originated in a Silicon Valley branch. The Manager REFUSED to accept my deposit after telling me I have no Business checking account and she was not the least bit interested in a work-around. When I asked to see the Manager, she said (with her hackles up)"I am the Manager"...there was no graciousness with her manner, it became harder and obviously inflexible toward any solution- other than to say 'here's your check back" She introduced me to a person at his desk to close out my several accounts (I figured they would only screw that up too..I'm moving my accounts ASAP!) WE"RE DONE!......

AJ Boots1Fail for the day. Long time account holder here. A scheduled appointment was made with the Notary. When the appointment was arranged the service being requested was described by me, and the Customer Service Rep said it would be no problem. I had the exact same Notary service performed at the Wells Fargo close to my home. That Wells Fargo was gracious and accommodating, and even provided the forms I needed and made extra copies for me. This Wells Fargo looked at me like I was asking them for a kidney; never asked about my customer history with WF, and provided no alternative, cooperation or innovative thought. I took off work a couple hours for this Notary appointment and fetched an 87 year old family member specifically to attend the Notary appointment. All they seem to know is, "No."

shainna hernandez1I opened my account over a month ago!!!! Added my fiance to it. Recieved my card about 5 days later and still have not recieved a pin. Been to multiple branches asking for help they can't give me a new card, they can't reset my pin. My fiance still hasn't gotten his card and my checks are begin deposited into my account. What is the point of having a bank account when I can't even use the debit card!!!! This is ridiculous. It's been over a month almost going on 2 now!!!!

Robert Zabel1Worst experience I've ever had at a bank..from the manager jen blanchard to the "banker" imada mahalo 2 of the rudest people I've encountered in a so called banking branch.i was appalled at the way they treated, having no solutions to my problem and literally telling me.i cant close my account after I was fed up..dont ever bank here

b snyder1They closed my 8 year old business checking and savings account on December 23 with no notice and they mailed a check with my balance of nearly $9000 to the wrong address. They will not re-issue a new check to me without me paying a bond first- for an issue they created. It's been nearly 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money. I've contacted their oversight agency -Comptroller of Currency.

Shanell Snyder1Came in on a Saturday to withdrawal money from my account. They claimed my ID wasnt in the account information (whatever this means, no one bothered to explain) and started asking me multiple security questions. I've banked with Wells Fargo for close to ten years and have never had to do this. Yes I had my ID and my bank card. When the person I was with suggested I switch banks because of this, the staff members responded rudely with "well that comment was rude and if you don't like us protecting your money then you should". I won't be going back to this location. The staff members (all female) seemed overly combative and catty.

Rory Matheny1We have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. There have been ups and downs. Now we are going to move to another bank. The Main St. branch in Vancouver WA has some very nice professional people managing the bank. The overall customer service rating over the past year is an absolute F. This last time in we had avery basic disagreement with a Banker so we asked for the Manager. While we were meeting with the Manager the Banker closed our accounts with out authorization. Although they had us back up in 3-4 days we cannot work this way anymore. Where is the courtesy and professionalism. We reported this last incident to the District Manager Mark Trupp and he did nothing and did not seem to care. We will take our direct deposits somewhere else.

Chelsey New1went to this branch wanted to talk to a banker about 2 different things, the tellers asked why so I told them then they basically refused to let me talk to them. They kept telling me what they wanted to tell me which didn't answer my questions. I asked 3 different times to talk to a banker and they wouldn't let me so I finally just told them Id take my business else where and left the branch. Now I am looking for a different bank.
